Spring Sorter & Inspection

The SS-100 is a high speed vision based inspection system designed specifically for springs.

A magnet assisted vertical dial wheel rotates each spring into 3 separate inspection stations to measure OAL, ID, OD, and detect surface flaws as well as other damage on each end of the springs.

Inspection rates vary depending upon spring diameters; from 80 to 200 springs per minute.
